When my fridge stopped working, I called New Star and asked when they could come over. Mike was available and was here within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part that afternoon. Mike was very pleasant, helpful and thorough completing the job. And double checked that the water did not leak. I would highly recommend Mike based on my experience.
